Consumer's daugther of 46 pounds/ 46 inches, and 7 years old got strapped on middle seat belt of last row of vehicle where lap belt was intalled correctly, but shoulder one was behind her body, where it was getting tighter and tighter. Consumer had to cut webbing to release child. Consumer
