The second row passenger side seat belt failed to retract and was replaced a few months after purchase. The seat belt was replaced under warranty. The seat belts looked and felt loose.

Middle row passenger's side seat belts do not retract, and are fully extended out. Belts cannot be used. Dealer is replacing seat belts.
