The contact owns a 2000 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that the check engine warning light illuminated intermittently. The dealer advised the contact that by refueling the vehicle, it could have triggered the light to illuminate. Later, the vehicle began to show signs of abnormal violent jerking. The vehicle was later taken in for diagnostic testing where she was informed that the transmission, catalytic converter, stabilizer and links, front motor mount, right side motor mount, and alignment all needed repairs. The manufacturer was contacted but provided no assistance. The current mileage was 116,000 and the failure mileage was unknown.

The check engine light comes on every time the gas tank gets below 1/2 tank. The dealer staes that they or Honda can not determine why this is happening. They are changing parts, but can't figure out why the light keeps coming on.
