: the contact stated the driver's side sliding door did not close all of the way. The door had to be closed manually. The dealership determined the central roller needed to be replaced. Over the years, the contact had trouble with both the driver's and passenger's sliding doors in cold weather.

Vehicles sliding doors are inoperative in cold weather. Doors unlock but don't slide open, and the door ajar warning lights comes on, but consumer is not able to lock the doors back. The dealership has made several attempts to fix the problem, but they cannot.
