Only 37,327 miles on my 2003 Honda Odyssey. Misleading diagnostic from Goudy Honda dealer pointing possible head gaskets when the problem was manufacture loosed bolts on the block below engine heads. Heads were removed by independent mechanic and verified at machine shop with nothing wrong on it. Honda Corporation denied any manufacture wrong doing and would not cover pre-existing manufacture defect because an independent mechanic did the suggested dealer work.. My warranty expired at 36,000. My 2003 Honda Odyssey has received good maintenance level on record. It has only 1327 miles over the warranty limit, as per the independent mechanic there is no way that any car could be badly damaged in 1327 miles. I believe this is a pre-existing known problem to Honda based on the facts mentioned above. However, I will not ever have a Honda again neither my family members. "Hoping this may help others"

2003 Honda Odyssey - we had a leaking head gasket which shocked our mechanic because of the low miles. They replaced the gasket and when they went to torque down the header, two head bolt ports in the block were stripped. Our Midas mechanic was told confidentially that this was a known problem that affected so few vehicles, that Honda kept it internal. Since our mechanic did the work instead of the dealer, Honda dissed us in not taking responsibility for their poor product. There will never be another Honda at my house.

This is the 6th major problem with that car. Paid $3,200 for a new transmission in October, back windows were fixed under warranty, left sliding door was fixed under extended warranty but sounds like it's going to break again, rear spring replaced. And then there was something else. Don't buy a Honda!
