MY HONDA ODYSSEY 2003 IS ACCELERATING BY ITSELF EVERY NOW AND THEN. USUALLY WHEN ON A SLOW TRAFFIC OR STOP AT RED LIGHT. APPARENTLY IS THE DIRTY THROTTLE PLATE AND PLUGGED UP AIR. IF PROBLEM PERSIST OR REOCCURS, IDLE AIR CONTROL MOTOR WILL BE NEEDED.

My 2003 Honda Odyssey has an unintended acceleration problem. The warmer it is outside the worse it accelerates and you have to drive with you foot on the break. You can't put it in park or it will get stuck there. When its hot outside it starts revving up and accelerating on its own as soon as you start it. The van drives perfectly fine when the weather is cooler.
