14 months old sigma regent tire (purchased Nov '06). Strange vibration since the day they were purchased. Ntb checked tires and balance - no problem. There is a bubble with small slits near the rim. No rim damage. No failure, caught it and removed the tire. Nothing was done to correct the failure. Ntb said it was my problem, no theirs.
