The contact owns a 2004 Honda Odyssey. While reversing the vehicle with the liftgate open, it inadvertently struck and shattered the rear window. The contact stated that the hit was not hard enough to warrant the glass shattering. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000. Updated 10/26/16
