The contact owns a 2007 Honda Odyssey. While driving approximately 30 mph, the contact swerved off the road to avoid an animal and crashed into a pole. The frontal driver side air bag deployed, causing severe injury to the contacts nose and left arm. A police report was filed. The vehicle was declared destroyed and towed to a savage facility. The manufacturer was not made aware of the problem. The failure mileage was 72,000. Updated 07/27/11 updated 08/01/11
