I took My Odyssey to a garage and the mechanic told me the rattling noise comes from under the hood, It is a loose Heat shield on catalytic converter, which would mean taking a big part of the engine apart to fix, it would be very costly and take hours to fix. He said it was really not necessary to fix this noise as it didn't hurt the engine, just annoys the driver and anyone in the neighborhood.
Update from Apr 20, 2013: sorry should be filed under engine problems, then NHTSA:engine.

Apparently some of the screws rusted and broke. So it make some noise under hard acceleration. It's like a $500 fix. Not really that bad.
At least that's what the dealer quoted me. Which means probably more like $2,000. It's a rattling sound.
