I find it humorous that American Honda will not make good on this well established substantive documented defect. Maybe they think they are being business smart to bury their head in the sand in the hopes they will save some money on repairs... too bad they don't understand that their failure to "Do the Right Thing" will result in none of my 5 family members to EVER buy a Honda product from them for the rest of their lives due to their dishonesty... if you do the NPV on that financial equation it suggests American Honda is clearly incompetent and should not be running a business. Oh well, fool me once shame on me, foole me twice... never gonna happen! Toyota should thank Honda for 5 customer Lifetime Values I will bring to their Business!
