Odyssey

The contact owns a 2008 Honda Odyssey. While backing out of the driveway, the rear glass exploded into tiny pieces. Glass sprayed all over the vehicle. The vehicle did not strike any other objects prior to the failure. The dealer has not been notified. The contact called the insurance company to file a claim. There were no injuries. The failure mileage was 10,000.
