Odyssey

The contact owns a 2011 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked when he opened the passenger side sliding door, but the door did not latch in the open position. As a result, the door began to shut unexpectedly. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where they were unable to duplicate the failure. The failure had since recurred intermittently. The contact also stated that the failures occurred when the vehicle was parked on an incline. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 3,000 and the current mileage was 4,000.
