Radian xtsl convertible child safety seat with superlatch has a latch adjuster that does not allow the installation to remain tight. Even when I have properly installed the seat (as verified by manuals and car seat techs), a simple tap on the tilting adjuster will completely loosen the latch straps, resulting in a seat that is no longer tightly and properly installed! these adjusters need to be recalled and replaced with the locking type that britax, for instance, uses. (related vehicle information: Model year=2011, make=Honda, model=Odyssey).
