While I love the Odyssey (I have 3) I hate it when my 2009 rides better than my new 2011. This started off as a rattle in pillar "B" which the dealership had my car for a week and could not fix it. I also had this other noise (a creaking noise in the suspension and under-carriage) that I assumed was just normal. It wasn't until today that I got fed up with the noise that I went in to test drive another 2012 to see if it also made that noise. To my surprise, it was nice and quiet. Later that day, I turned in the car to the dealership and asked them to fix it. Everyone is baffled by the noise and listening to it everyday has been a pain! I hope they can fix it, otherwise, no more Honda products for this household and my business!

This problem starting shortly after purchasing this van and each time we take it in for one reason or another all they can do is grease it. They Honda dealer just says there is nothing more that can be done to fix it or in my mind, Honda refuses to fix the creaking and suspension noises that just keep getting worse. This is very frustrating when the actual Honda company knows of theses issues and still will not do anything unless a light comes on or the van breaks and leaves us with the bill.
The last time we had it in was this year in July and within hours of getting out of the shop this creaking and suspension noise came back and came back with a fury. I think Honda should totally fix this issue on our van permanently on there dime before something goes seriously wrong and me or my family gets hurt. Honda vehicles are our favorites but this is a serious issue and needs to be addressed by Honda Company and dealt with immediately. If this gets any worse with each time we bring it in it is not worth purchasing another vehicle from Honda.
This has been an on going problem with this undercarriage creaking etc since we purchased it in May of 2013 and of course their hands are tied because of the Honda Company doesn't think peoples lives are important enough to resolved something easy before it gets more involved and we don't get the same line every time we go in to the Honda service (all we can do is grease it)!!!!!
