While traveling with my family in tow on a major freeway in the city my 2012 Honda Odyssey Van suddenly lost engine power/stalled. At cruising speed my dash suddenly lite up and numerous warning lights appeared (including the engine light) , I had no power when stepping on the gas and was loosing speed quickly. Luckily was able to pull over safely. Restart the vehicle and drive the short distance home without incident.
I have called 2 local dealerships to report the incident and get advice- both have said that because there are no warning lights on that the vehicle is performing normally. I was advised that I would just have to drive the vehicle until it happened again?!
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Update from Feb 3, 2013: I am surprised that a new honda odyssey 2012 with 3790 miles will give engine problems. The transmittion was also giving jerks at less than 500 miles and couldn't replicate it with the dealer. I have reported it to the dealer and there is no check engine light after the engine stalled in mid traffic. I am in a tight spot switching to Honda. Never saw this kind of issues with my Sienna Van earlier before switching to Honda.

It started today. The car would not accelerate over 50 miles an hour. Made a terrible noise. Called Honda dealer as soon as we got home. We cannot get in until Monday. Cannot do much traveling over holiday weekend.
