The contact owns a 2012 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that the front driver's side windshield was cracked at the top of the windshield. The contact stated that an unknown dealer was contacted however, referred the contact to a third party to get the windshield replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
