The vehicle turned off and the contact merged into a parking lot and attempted to restart the vehicle. The contact stated that the key fob battery was replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to restart. The contact was informed to disconnect the battery to reset the computer. The Roadside Assistance arrived on the scene and connected jumper cables, and the vehicle restarted. After the vehicle restarted, the contact informed AAA that assistance was not required. The vehicle then stopped again and would not move. The contact then called AAA to tow the vehicle. The contact stated that the door failed to open.
