The contact owns a 2016 Honda Odyssey. While driving 70 mph, the driver and passenger side windows malfunctioned. The contact stated that the windows continued to roll up and down on their own. The dealer lubricated the windows, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,000.
