This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Honda dealer.
I Just purchased my Odyssey at the end of June 2018. The vehicle had hardly been used with less than 25 times on the road. The problem started with the passenger side door which would could not automatically or manually be closed. After repeated tries to fix the problem I was able to manually close the door by inserting a finger in the locking mechanism in the frame at the rear of the door and pushing down on a cable or lever. A few days later the problem also occurred on the driver side door. The vehicle is currently undergoing warranty service. The dealer indicated that only a temporary fix was available at this time. Not good Honda!

EVERY SINGLE TIME! Whenever I have passengers in the car, it'll repeats itself!
Left door already not working at all and right door, when motor is on, it rings driving everyone crazy.
How aren't they embarrassed to put in such a faulty motor for the sliding doors?
