Dealer has been great in trying to resolve but must work with Honda for warranty purposes. Honda says a fix is on the way but has known about the issue for approximately 2 years. Meanwhile Honda is still selling new vehicles with the exact same problem.

Update from Nov 25, 2019: The form has been removed due to poor response from owners experiencing the problem. I wish good luck to everyone experiencing this defect. So far Honda has not budged.
