The contact owns a 2022 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact became aware that the driver-??s side side view mirror displayed an extremely distorted image, which severely compromised the side view visibility. The contact also stated that the mirror had previously been replaced under NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V174000 (Visibility). The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the driver-??s side mirror. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 20,000.
