I have checked the battery starter and replaced the starter 4 months ago and it will not start again. The air comes on , the radio and lighting works but it will not turn over. Help please

i have a problem with my Honda Passport not starting. I have changed the battery, alternator, and starter. Still still won't crank after this. It acts like a dead battery or bad starter. Any advice will be appreciated.
