As per other recalls of the 2019 Honda Passport we are having the same symptoms. The windshield area along both a pillars are popping and making noise. This is a problem we have been having, finally looking it up on internet we found that other Passports of this year are being recalled for faulty weld spots. We have had this noise sitting at a red light, and clear good weather conditions and also while traveling down the road.

American Honda has issued a recall of 2019 Passports due to a life threatening, unrepairable welding issue in the body of the vehicle. The prescribed remedy is a new vehicle as the issue cannot be repaired per Honda. Notice as given on 11/08/2019 but as of 11/28/2019, dealers have refused to conduct an inspection or to affirm that my vehicle does or does not have the welding error. Meanwhile, absent a replacement vehicle or an inspection, I fear for my safety and that of my family and passengers. It is cruel punishment during the holidays to have a brand new, expensive vehicle that may be unsafe.

Loose plastic trim above driver's side headlight. It moves about 1/4 inch. This will flex in the turbulence and break in time. It could then fall off the vehicle and strike a pedestrian or another vehicle. The Passport was sold new in this condition.
