The cracking/popping noise coming from the windshield area started in Dec 2019. Took it to dealership and they couldn't replicate it the first time. Took it back in Jan 2020 and then they were able to replicate the noise. They checked all connections to MOST Bus Network and found distorted sound along with low output from all audio sources, including off air. They also found the RH console feeder cable had unradiased bend. They replaced the tuner/amplifier unit and noise stopped for a couple weeks.

I took it back in Feb 2020 after noise came back and they were not able to replicate the noise. They found the RX cable wrapped around infotainment harness which could cause stressing of connection. This was supposedly done the previous time but it is apparent that it wasn't. They rerouted MOST Bus Network connections to infotainment and reinspected the connections.

Honda put out two service news article regarding this major electrical issue. First article was in March 2019 advising to check the connections to the MOST Bus Network. Second article was in December 2019 advising to check the MOST Bus Network connectors and reroute the harness wire for possible tension. Honda has a list of guesses for "fixes" but none have worked longer than a week at a time.
