My child's radian 80sl super-latch comes loose even on short car rides. Once the belt is tightened down it comes loose with normal driving. The car seat is installed correctly and is installed tightly. Also, I can put pressure on the tilt-lock mechanism with one finger and it comes completely loose. (related vehicle information: Model year=2010, make=Pilot, model=Honda).
