Spotted this tiny rust buildup on the driver side front door. Looks like it is right along the seam where the original factory paint job was not able to settle properly. I live in a warm state. No salt is used on the roads in the winter and I do not live near the ocean where sand, wind, and ocean salt could potential cause rust. On a year old vehicle there should not be any rust whatsoever. Dealer is taking care of it under warranty. They have been fantastic to work with. They understood that I just wanted to take care of the issue while the vehicle is still under warranty and to prevent things from getting out of hand later on with years of use.
