The contact owns a 2022 Honda Pilot. The contact stated that the entertainment system was blank and had shut down. The message -??My Map Off-?? was displayed. The vehicle was restarted, and the rearview camera was inoperable. The contact linked the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V431000 (Back Over Prevention). The local dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and assisted with resetting the system. The failure mileage was approximately 24,000.
