Prologue

The contact owns a 2025 Honda Prologue. The contact stated that while he or his wife was driving at undisclosed speeds, the instrument panel displayed a blank screen. No warning light was illuminated. A dealer was contacted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed, and determined that the instrument panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and opened a case. The approximate failure mileage was 993.
