The contact owns a 2007 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that the fuel tank support was loose. While driving there was an abnormal clanking noise detected. The rear shield was striking the driveshaft. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer who informed him they did not have the tools to complete the repair. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V430000 (Structure) for which the VIN was included. The manufacturer was contacted but no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 210,000.
