I called Honda to try to schedule the airbag replacement. They told there are no parts. Ok got that if they had just stopped there I would have been ok. The service manager went on to tell me that in "our area" we are really not effected... What? I asked why are we not effected. Something special about our airbags here in Maine that I don't know about. He told me that no one has come into the dealership to complain about the air bag not working. What????!!!! People only complain after they have had an accident the the airbag killed them. What do you mean dead people are not complaining about the air bag. Who would have thought. ??
Never buy anything from Berlin City Auto Group Portland Maine. The service manager only talks to dead people with complaints not living people with complaints.
