The contact owns a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that the tailgate door could not be opened from the left to right position. The contact indicated that when the failure occurred, the spare tire was not accessible. West broad Honda(7014 w. broad St, henrico, va) and the manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was 1,900.
