The contact owns a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated while driving 40 MPH, the vehicle inadvertently came to a complete stop but the engine was still running and gas pedal was not responding. The contact stated that the vehicle stability assist warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The contact was still awaiting a response. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000. Consumer stated dealer could not reproduce the problem. Case number [XXX].
