The contact owns a 2020 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that on several occasions while the rear seat was occupied, the rear passenger-??s side door would not open manually from the inside. The contact stated that she had to press the unlock button on the driver's door and physically open the door. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 100.
