Ridgeline RTL-E V6

This happened on the interstate. This happens repeatedly (about once per week) for my spouse, but today was the first time for me. I was changing lanes at about 75 MPH, and the tachometer dropped to zero despite my further depressing the accelerator. I took my foot off and again depressed the accelerator and the engine reengaged. Anyone else out there experiencing this?

Update from Feb 20, 2025: Just heard from another who had same thing happen to include reporting the same "zip" noise we hear when it happens. My Honda dealer could not find any fault codes. My current hypothesis is the collision avoidance radar detects something it believes is a danger and engages (but I don't see the normal "brake" warning), even though I don't feel I am tailgating when this happens. My hope is this doesn't become a major issue. Thanks
