The power retract mechanism in both outside rear view mirrors have failed multiple times. After failure, the mirrors can be blown inward at high speeds causing unexpected viewing problems when used during operation.. the mirrors can also exhibit high vibrations which make them difficult to use during operation. It is felt that these problems could contribute to an accident.
