GM is recalling 13,358 my 2003 Hummer H2 vehicles. Some of these vehicles have a condition in which water can enter the windshield wiper motor module. If a sufficient amount of water enters the module, over time, the front windshield wipers may work intermittently or they may become inoperative. 1. voltage meter erratic 2. windshield wipers stopped working, wipers stopped and remain in the middle of the windshield. 3. dashboard instrument panel remained on with battery light and radio after switching off and locking vehicle. It was necessary to disconnect the battery to disable this condition. On morning of 5/17/2012, we reconnected the battery and voltage meter and instrument panel was normal. Windshield wipers are still inoperable.
