The contact owns a 2007 Hummer H3. The contacts husband stated that the distance between the brake and accelerator pedals is too narrow and his shoes get stuck in the space. The contact spoke with the dealer and they stated that they were aware of the failure. The current mileage was 200 and failure mileage was 149. Updated 02-01-08 the consumer stated she has located the defect. The consumer stated the defect was the carpet that was interfering with the brake, so problem solved. Updated 02/01/08

- the contact owns a 2007 Hummer H3 stated that between the gas pedal and brake there is not enough room for him to navigate the two pedals because when he put his foot on the gas pedal it caught the brake pedal and it causes him difficulty in operate the vehicle properly. The current and failure mileage were both 6,000 miles.
