The contact owns a 2008 Hummer H3. While driving approximately 60 mph, the hood louver detached from the vehicle. In 2012, the vehicle was serviced under NHTSA campaign number: 10V179000 (structure), but the remedy was insufficient and the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired for the most recent failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable.
