2009 Hummer H3. Consumer writes in regards to several electrical problems and other vehicle issues. Consumer has previous complaint with another vehicle listed in artemis.

Letter from senator durbin on behalf of constituent re GM 2009 faulty Hummer H3 windshield. The consumer stated water started leaking inside the vehicle. Water entered the computer system and the vehicle would not start for 20 minutes and all of the lights started blinking on the dashboard. The consumer was informed, the windshield was never glued when the vehicle left the factory.
