Front end car accident at 70 mph driver and passenger air bags did not deploy.
- Modesto, CA, USA
Consumer's vehicle was traveling 20 mph and was struck by a truck, causing the vehicle spin around, and was struck again. Upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. Consumer sustained multiple injures, and was taken to the emergency room. Vehicle was totaled.

While driving at 35 mph on October 7, 2003 the vehicle was involved in a front end collision with another vehicle. The occupant of consumer's vehicle was wearing a seat belt but none of the air bags deployed. The consumer's child was severely injured but the occupant of the other vehicle was not injured.

Consumer was approaching an intersection and applied the brakes but the vehicle continued to move forward, as a result the vehicle collided with another vehicle, during this accident the air bags failed to deploy, the seat belt also failed to properly restrain the driver and as a result the drive was thrown into the windshield shattering it, the driver sustained injuries to the head.

While driving vehicle crashed into the rear of another vehicle. Consumer was travelling approximately 35mph, and both driver's and passenger's airbags did not deploy. Vehicle is currently being checked by dealer.
