The contact owns a 2006 Hyundai Accent. The contact stated that the driver side sun visor would not stay up, impairing the contact's vision. The contact called the manufacturer regarding the sun visor and the manufacturer stated that there was nothing they could do to assist. The contact did not take the vehicle to the dealer or a mechanic. The failure mileage was 80,000.
