The car loses power randomly. It typically happens at a stop light or a stop sign, usually within the first 10-15 mins of starting the car. It hasn-€™t happened after or while the car is driven for a long period of time. However, it has happened while getting on to the highway and while making turns into intersections. When the car loses power, there is no warning. Sometimes, it is hard to put the car into park and restart the car when it loses power. Oddly, however, when it loses power/ stalls/ shuts off, if the radio or other devices are on, they stay on. Symbols that appear on the dash when the car shuts down include the engine, oil, and battery lights. These lights also come on when you first cycle to start the car. We-€™ve taken the car to a Hyundai dealership and they said that they can-€™t find any codes, when they connect the car to a code reader.
