The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Accent. While driving at any speed, the contact felt dizzy, nauseous, and tired without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who replaced the compressor and the valve stem to avoid a leak. The mechanic also topped off the oil and freon, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the general manager of the same dealer at a different location. The manager gave the contact the option to either receive a refund from the diagnostic test or to diagnose the vehicle again. The contact chose to get a refund. The failure was not resolved. The failure mileage was approximately 4,240.

Each time I put gas in the car I have difficulty getting the car to start up. About after the third try to start it goes then cuts off after going a few feet so it start and then cuts off a few times before it gets going. Putting gas in the car the pumps leaver stops before finishing gassing
