SO I guess batteries are now getting worse while cars are getting better. How is it a the battery of a 2016 car performs worse than than the battery of cars at least a decade older? When the lights were left on, you recharged the battery, it took the charge and your were good. In this instance, maybe an interior light was left on, the battery died and it can no longer keep a charge.
It's under the three year warranty but over the 35000 mile warranty. Are you kidding me? This is nothing more than a cheap way to save a few bucks, getting over on the customer in the end. Now suddenly underhandedly a cheap battery is expected on a vehicle used on highways in one of the most industrialized countries in the world. Yeah a new battery is only about 100 to 200 bucks, but NO, you expect better in a new car, not worse. And it's directly related to safety. What the worst thing that can happen when you are out of town somewhere remote, a dead battery or your Sirius connection goes kaput. Totally the wrong priorities here.
