In 2010 the rear sun screen would bind when you tried to retract it, Hyundai replaced the part since it was still under warranty. It was approx. 2 months later the same thing happened, in 2014 it happened again. Talked to Hyundai about giving me the part and I would pay to have it installed, didn't happen. I told Hyundai that I felt it must be a design flaw because it has broken 3 times in four years and once again the response was there was nothing they could do for me. Maybe Hyundai shouldn't produce cars with sun screens in them since it seems like they can't get it right, and is having trouble admitting the problem is their fault.

I own a 2006 Hyundai Azera and I have been so concerned about the driver's side headlights. They do not project out properly. There is a very, very noticeable shadow causing a totally unlit part of the road. I have seen over 23 complaints on this year model and make of car on one site. There has to be something that can be done to eliminate this vision problem. There have been reported accidents because of this problem and I fear there will be many more accidents because of this defect. It is my understanding the dealers and Hyundai are very much aware of this problem, but refuse to correct it.

The rain sensing wipers do not continue to operate after the initial wipe before the windshield becomes so clouded with water that clear road vision is seriously impaired. This has been reported to two different Hyundai service facilities. They test the equipment by turning a hose on the windshield. This does not simulate actual rain conditions. The latest occurrence of this malfunction was on July 22,2009.
