The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Azera. While driving at various speeds the rear passenger door became ajar and flew open. The contact was able to secure the door by bungee cord. The rear driver's side door failed to lock or unlock. Additionally, while driving the driver's side door the door ajar warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to robert larson's Hyundai 7601 S Tacoma way, Tacoma, wa 9840 (253) 474-0621, where it was diagnosed that the lock actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however the failure recurred. The contact sustained injuries to the upper body while holding the door close but medical attention was not provided. The manufacturer was contacted but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 167,000.
