The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Azera. The contact stated that the headlamp's low beams are defective. The top portion of the beams fail to provide clear visibility. The contact also stated that they do not produce enough light when traveling in certain areas, including uphill and downhill. The failure was noticed while driving 35 mph.
