The contact owns a 2009 Hyundai Azera. The contact stated that while driving approximately 50 mph, the vehicle would pull to the right. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where they advised him that they would not be able to perform realignment due to how the vehicle was set at the factory. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.
