Had to replace wire harnist, battery, postive cable, fuse wire ontop of postive cable, want to know if there is a problem with this. They told me the fuse ontop of positive cable heated up and started the fire

Main fuse 60 amps and 3 other secondary fuses melted.in addition, alternator/starter relay failed/1 tooth in flywheel broke and battery exploded.
